We are offering discounted rates due to the upgrading of facilities of our resort. We are rebuilding the resort and have beautiful new units available at huge discounts. Please check with our reservations team and they will answer any questions regarding the construction. We still have a beautiful beach, a brand new pool with a swim up bar and a short walk into the quaint village of Placencia.

Resort Accommodations and Rates
All rates at Saks at Placencia are subject to a 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge and based on double occupancy. Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express are accepted. All rates are in US dollars. Children 5 and under are free , 6-11 years add $7.50 per night and extra adults are $15.00 for each additional person. Daily housekeeping is provided.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY
A one night non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will automatically be charged to the card account provided upon the receipt of your signed fax. Your reservation will be confirmed when this deposit is received. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrrival , this final payment will automatically be charged to you credit card number provided. Full payment is due immediatley for bookings made within 30 days.
If written cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund less one night deposit will be made. If it received less than 30 days in advance a 50% refund will be made. There will be no refund for reservations cancelled or changed less than 15 days before scheduled arrival.
Saks ta Placencia is not responsible for cancellation due to weather, airline delays/cancellations, legal or medical problems,political events or other natural disaters.We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance.
