All rates at Los Porticos Villas are subject to a 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge . Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. All rates are in US dollars. Rates are based on quad occupancy, $15.00 per night will be charged for additional person, maximium five. Daily housekeeping is provided.

A one night non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will automatically be charged to the credit card account provided upon the receipt of your signed fax. Your reservation will be confirmed when this deposit is received. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrrival , this final payment will automatically be charged to you credit card number provided. Full payment is due immediatley for bookings made within 30 days.
If written cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund less one night deposit will be made. If it received less than 30 days in advance a 50% refund will be made. There will be no refund for reservations cancelled or changed less than 15 days before scheduled arrival.
Los Porticos is not responsible for cancellation due to weather, airline delays/cancellations, legal or medical problems,political events or other natural disaters.We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance.
